For the next seven days, Everweight walks alongside you: a 30-second check-in each morning, a note on what you ate and how it felt, and Eva whenever something's on your mind.
There's no scale, no calorie targets, and nothing to get "right". The only goal is noticing, and getting to know what you actually want from this.
Setting up takes about a minute. Five quick steps, and you can change any of it later.
Step 1 of 5
First things first
Eva likes to know who she's talking to.
Step 2 of 5
What brings you here?
Pick anything that feels true right now, this shapes what Eva leads with. Take your time; nothing moves on until you say so.
Step 3 of 5
What would you like from this week?
Choose up to two. Not outcomes to hit, just what you'd most like to notice by the end of the seven days.
Step 4 of 5
Before we start
Eva is your habit & mindset companion, not a doctor
Eva can't give medical, nutrition or medication advice. For anything about your health, medication or treatment plan, that's your doctor's job. Eva's job is the daily habits and identity work around it.
Honest, not just nice
Eva won't tell you what you want to hear just to make you feel better. She'll name patterns kindly and directly, because that's what actually helps you keep going.

House rules
Be kind. Everyone here is somewhere in the middle of something.
Every signed-in member can read what you post, under the name you choose for the board. Never your email.
Keep your full name, where you live and your children out of it.
Nothing here is medical advice, from anyone, including us.
Posts about doses or changing medication cannot go on the board. That conversation belongs with your prescriber or GP.
If a post worries you, message Veronica. You can delete your own posts at any time.

The Everweight Method
A 20-week program: from reactive weight management to structured, stable, long-term maintenance. Not a diet phase, identity and structure.
How it's delivered
One week at a time, inside this app. Each week gives you one idea, one thing to do, and one thing to watch for. Eva is alongside you the whole way.
Testing Everweight
Thank you for doing this, you're one of the first people ever to use it. Give it a proper go for the seven days, then fill in the short survey at the bottom. What you tell me shapes what it becomes.
What to do this week
1. Do the daily check-in most mornings, 30 seconds. Answer honestly, not nicely.
2. Log a meal or two, try the little π€ and just say what you ate.
3. Talk to Eva when something's on your mind, even just "I'm knackered today".
4. Poke around, the journal, habits, history, and the 20-week program page.
5. When something's odd, weird, or confusing, screenshot it and message Veronica straight away. Don't wait. In-the-moment reactions are the most useful thing you can give.
One thing before you start. Signing in isn't working yet. The email that carries your sign-in link needs a piece of setup I haven't finished, so please don't worry if you try it and nothing arrives, that's me, not you.
You can use every part of the app without it. It just means everything you write stays on this phone and isn't backed up anywhere, so try not to clear your browsing data. I'll tell you the moment sign-in works so you can save it all properly.
On this phone, your check-ins, journal and chats are encrypted. If you sign in, they also sync to your own account so a lost phone does not lose them, and Veronica can see them there. She will not quote you or share anything with anyone, but she would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise.
Two-minute survey
Ideally at the end of your seven days, but if you've got something to say sooner, say it.

Push me a bit
On a day your check-in says is hard, Eva is gentle, whatever you pick here. The next day it goes back.
One a day
Three a day
All of them
Quiet fromto
Nothing is sent in quiet hours, by your phone's clock. Anything due then waits until they end. Everweight does not send notifications yet; this is kept ready for when it does.
All off until you turn one on. Eva never asks about anyone you have not said yes to.
Only the day and month are kept. Eva goes gently that day every year. It is listed in What Eva remembers, where you can delete it.
My notes
A private place for your own reminders: supplements, appointments, questions for your care team, anything you want to keep handy. For your reference only. Eva never reads this, and nothing here is advice.
Account & sync
Your entries, as a file
A copy of everything you have written, saved to this phone. You can put it back
into Everweight later, on this phone or another one, and nothing you have written
since is lost when you do: the two are joined, not replaced. The readable one is
plain text you can open anywhere, print, or send to someone, no app needed.
The file is readable by anything that opens it, so keep it somewhere you are happy for it to be.
About Everweight
Everweight is a habit and mindset companion. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. For anything about your medication or health, speak with your prescribing physician or healthcare team.
What Eva remembers
Everything Eva knows about you, in plain words. Delete any line, or all of it. Deleted means gone, from this phone and from your account.
